Mission Statement.
To provide exceptional marriage ministry that results in: HUSBANDS being conformed to the image of Christ, WIVES feeling valued and accepted, MARRIAGES that are unified and thriving, FAMILIES that are a living testimony of the goodness of God.
GOd’s HEart for Marriage.
God’s desire for his married children is to purposefully adventure into the place of unity, open and connected to each other in a way no other relationship can be. God’s plan for marriage is that a man is to “cleave” to his wife and then the two become one (Genesis 2:24). That “cleave” means they work at being relationally-glued to each other, this happens in part through his pursuit of her. Thus, we can tell that this oneness is not the natural state of marriage, but is only realized through intentional effort.
In order to obey the Lord's command, it takes both spouses actively working on moving toward and staying in a place of unity: to unify. The Lord commands us to constantly, actively unify. It isn't something that happens during a one-time pronouncement on your wedding day. To “unify” is only realized when both are submitted to God’s will that “the two will become one.” That process, the process we chose as our namesake, leads to the fruit shown in Psalm 128:1-4 (NET):
How blessed is every one of the Lord’s loyal followers, each one who keeps his commands. You will eat what you worked so hard to grow. You will be blessed and secure. Your wife will be like a fruitful vine in the inner rooms of your house; your children will be like olive branches, as they sit all around your table. Yes indeed, the man who fears the Lord
will be blessed in this way.

Who are Luke and Kathy?
Luke and Kathy might not have any official titles like counselors or therapists, but what they do have is a journey that’s a testament to the promises of God in marriage. They’re just a couple who discovered the profound impact of God's word on their relationship, blessed by the individuals God placed in their lives to guide them towards a life of following Jesus with purpose. This transformative experience ignited a passion within them to share their insights with others, leading them to lead marriage classes since 2009.
Their passion to help others was their motivation to serve their local church, where they spearheaded marriage programs for almost a decade. Encouraged by a close friend to broaden their reach, they faced what seemed an insurmountable task at first. Yet, their commitment to making a difference led to the creation of UNIFY, a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching marriages through walking in God’s ways.
Operating UNIFY alongside maintaining full-time careers, Luke and Kathy’s endeavor is a labor of love. UNIFY thrives with the support of a dedicated board, a few skilled individuals for technical needs, and, of course, Luke and Kathy themselves. UNIFY currently operates without any employees. Therefore the timing of responses and communications may be slower than desired, but do know that your questions and communication are important to us.
